Strategic marketing plan for new product launch

The challenge:

Beach Marketing, a successful Northampton based marketing agency, needed to launch their new leading edge technology product called CreateMyMarketing (CMM) into the wider market. Managing Director, Steve Bishop, simply couldn’t find the time away from his busy agency to focus on the research and analysis he knew was required to develop a robust marketing strategy for launching CMM.

The solution:

Comprehensive research was undertaken to analyse the potential market for CMM including identifying the key target audience segments, detailed competitor analysis and building an ideal customer profile. Having completed the market analysis, more detailed work on developing the marketing strategy including key messages, routes to market and a revised pricing structure was undertaken. The end result was an evidence-based strategy to develop appropriate branding, appealing material and targeted marketing campaigns to successfully launch CMM.

Brainwork’s detailed understanding of the strategic marketing process was central to our decision to use them to develop a marketing plan for CMM. With an exceptional eye for the strategic opportunity based on the realistic and achievable, Brainwork spent the time to understand the marketplace and develop a clear plan of action that we are now implementing.
